RETURNS

At ShawLux, our number one priority is for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We guarantee all goods to be without any damage or defect. If you receive a damaged product, ShawLux will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of product or products. Refunds will be issued in the same form and for the same the amount paid when originally purchased. All products returned must be unworn, unused, and with their original tags attached.

Any customer who wishes to return merchandise after the initial 14 days must email a return request. These returns will be at the sole discretion of ShawLux.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S. for all purchases made on this site; however, customer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping. Only products purchased from this site may be returned directly to ShawLux. Products purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

To request a refund, please e-mail info@shawlux.com and put “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include a brief description of the reason for your return, and someone will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions on processing the return.
